From the Atlanta Journal-Constitution: "[Slim] Dunkin, whose real name is Mario Hamilton, 24, was  rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Old Records I Learned to Love in 2011

Organized by how many times I played them. The only rules: nothing released in the 2011. Compiled by making a smart playlist on iTunes that collected everything added to my library in 2011, then screening out records that have a 2011 publishing date. Multiple tracks from the same record are not included. All videos are studio versions of the song except for the last track. Fortunately, that one is a stellar live performance. Enough shop talk, though. Here's the tunes!

10.) spAce - Magic Fly (1977)

9.) Saint Etienne - Only Love Can Break Your Heart (1992)

8.) Rick Ross - Mafia Music (2009)

6.) Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti - West Coast Calamities (2006)

5.) Piero Piccioni - Babylon I'm Coming (1966)

4.) Allman Brothers Band - Midnight Rider (1973)

M83 and Victoria's Secret

Lana Del Rey will break your heart (and you will like it).

I've been digging on G-Side all week

This is one perfect example of why. There's two whole albums of reasons, really. I think this video gets the point across though. Enjoy.
